Bending Machines EVOLUTIONER
Bending machines are designed to perform various bends of sheet metal to the desired shape. The standard way sheet metal arrives to the plant in coils of different weight (3-5-10 tons) or in sheets of 1000x2000 or 1250x2500 mm. After cutting it goes to the processing area and with the help of special machines gets the desired shape. These machines can be roll forming, pressing or bending. In this category we offer bending machines. These machines help to optimize the bending process and make it more efficient and less costly. The most common bending machines are folding machines. They can be manual, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic.
Sheet benders
Manual bending machines can be required for roofing work, production of HVAC elements, construction work, manufacturing of various sheet metal elements. For example, they can be useful for working with sheet metal up to 1 mm thick for making various roofing elements for roofs, windows flashings, ventilation elements, doors, etc. These machines are lightweight, so you can work with them in the factory or directly in the workplace. Manual bending metal machines can also be equipped with segment bars, which allows you to bend the elements on all four sides, such as boxes, façade cassettes, etc. Such metalworking machines are called segmented bending machines.
Electric sheet metal folders
Electric sheet metal folders are well suited for working with sheet metal over 1 mm thick. These machines have an electric drive, so it’s much easier to bend metal of different length and thickness. Electric sheet benders can work in all conditions, even in rooms without heating. The working mechanism is very easy to use and maintain. No oil or air is required for operation.
Hydraulic sheet bending machines
Hydraulic sheet bending machines use oil to create the necessary pressure in a hydraulic cylinder to bend sheet metal. These machines can be good for working with thick metal. But these machines have an oil station, so they need to be maintained. They can’t work in cold conditions because the oil can freeze.
Pneumatic bending machines
Pneumatic bending machines may be required for productive sheet metal bends. When speed is of the essence. These bending machines can make your bending operations very fast. But they have to be connected to the air system to work.
One of the operations when sheet metal can be continued is when it passes through three forming rolls and at the same time the operator presses the sheet metal with the top roll of the machine. Thus, using a special sheet rolling machine EPRM-1.3 it is possible to obtain a pipe of the desired diameter from the sheet metal.
Depends on the customer's wishes, this machine can be electric or manual. It can bend metal no thicker than 1.5. When you have bent it to the shape of a pipe, you need to close the pipe lock or weld it with a welding machine so the pipe is ready for use.
After manufacturing the pipe, you can make elbows from it for ventilation, drainage and heating system using our elbow making machines.
These machines allow you to make elbows very quickly and easily. They crimp the pipe during bending, so the process of making elbows is very fast. You can spend 20-40 seconds on making one elbow, depending on the diameter of the pipe. This is much faster than making a composite elbow with a swaging machine. The elbow bending machines we produce can be manual or electric.
When working with pipes and connecting them to the HVAC system or drainage system, it may be necessary to reshape the edge of the pipe with a swaging machine.
