Plate bending machine PB-2000

Plate bending machine PB-2000 was design to produce sheet metal pipes by rolling sheet metal between rollers. The diameter of rollers are 60 mm so it allows bending pipes with minimum diameter of 80-90mm as well. Machine can work with maximum 0.7mm metal thickness. 

There is special groove in the upper roll of machine to make pipe’s lock with it. Therefore, you can make pipes with our plate bending machine PB-2000 as well as produce pipe’s lock. Thus, after purchasing our plate rolling machine the customer wouldn’t need to purchase additional equipment for lock production, as manual sheet bending machine or folding machine, cause he can make lock with plate bending machine easily and save money and factory places. 

Machine can work with galvanized metal as well as coated metal and provide high quality of products without scratches.
 
There is special handle on machine so when use it you can raise upper roll and take of ready product.
