Elbow forming machine EEM-200

Elbow forming machine is used to produce crimped and corrugated elbows, which are mainly used in the HVAC industry. The EEM machine is electric, so it doesn’t need a hydraulic or pneumatic system to work. At evolutioner.eu we currently produce three different variants of the machine:

• EEM-150 for the pipes from 80 mm to 150 mm in diameter.
• EEM-200 for the pipes from 80 mm to 200 mm in diameter.
• EEM-250 for the pipes from 80 mm to 250 mm in diameter.

The mechanical operation of the EEM-200 machine is fairly simple. The machine can make several types of corrugated elbows with the help of specially designed nozzles. The nozzles have all the necessary dimensions and standards for manufacturing. Additional nozzles can be ordered for the production of other pipe diameters.

EEM 200 plus

The EEM 200 plus is an advanced elbow forming machine. The machine is equipped with some extra features, for example, the EEM 200 plus allows to press the dye on all four sides, which results in a better finish of the product. The machine’s operating conditions range from 80 mm to 200 mm of pipe diameter.

Elbow bending machine EEM-200r

The EEM 200r elbow bending machine is ideal for mass production of elbows in industry. It takes only 30 seconds to produce elbows from square pipes. These pipes usually consist of coated stainless steel or aluminum sheets which are formed into the desired shapes. This elbow bending machine is an electrically driven machine designed to meet the stringent quality and accuracy requirements of evolutioner.eu. The operation of the machine is relatively simple, just like the previous models in this series. All that is required is to select the desired nozzle to get required elbow diameter from the pipe.

Electric Elbow machine EEM -150

EEM-150 is specifically used for the mass production of the crimping and gutter elbows. The operation of the machine is the same as the EEM-200 series. The Evolution LLC currently produces different machine variants according to customer’s requests. The machines are available for working with 80 diameter to 250 diameter pipe.

Manual Elbow machine MEM-150

Since 2008, Evolutioner LLC has been selling manual elbow machines to millions of satisfied consumers worldwide. These machines are suitable for small businesses and units. The MEM-150 machine can make high precise crimping and corrugated elbows, and because it is a manual machine, it does not require any type of electricity or air to work.
