Return policy

All our customers have option to return our machines back if they do not like them for some reason in period of 14 calendar days after they receive it. To return machine to us you need to keep it in new condition, without any damage, scratches or traces of use. You have to pack machine properly to send it back and to avoid any damages during this process. Customer have to cover cost of shipping to our side and customs expenses. We will return money to the customer in period of 7 calendar days after we receive machine back and check it. If there will be some damage of machine so we will make acceptance document where we describe problems and the amount of repair works have to be paid by the customer.
