Sheet metal shear MG 2550

The sheet metal shear MG-2550x1 is perfect solution for companies who work with sheet and coil metal up to 1mm thickness. Maximum working length of machine is 2550 mm. Guillotine is equipped with special metal fixation system to avoid metal displacement while cutting. In most cases, sheet metal shear MG-2550x1 is used for preparatory works to cut sheet and coil metal into blanks of required sizes. You can use those blanks after to make bending operations with manual bending machines, metal rolling with plate rolling machines, forming of different profiles, ventilation elements, flashes and roofing panels with roll forming machines etc.

Metal shear MG-2550x1 has back limiters to set necessary length of cutting. 

Metal can arrive to the factory in rolls or sheets depends on customer preferences. If metal comes in rolls so with help of decoiler it gets to guillotine for cutting. If metal comes in sheets so you can cut it to smaller blanks with our sheet metal guillotine.

Sheet metal shear MG-2550x1 has four-sides knives so each knife has four working sides, if one edge gets dull so you can rotate the knife and use any other sharp edge for cutting. Thus, working period of knives becomes much longer and no need to make service repair or polishing of cutting parts, you can save you time and reduce expenses.
