Snap lock machine SL-1 auto with a microwave option was designed by our company for a high quality and efficient process of producing roofing panels with a click lock system. One of the most important advantages of this machine is its mobility; the machine can be good to use it the production workshop and directly at the roofing installation place. We can supply machine as standard with an automatic system for installing the necessary number of panels and their lengths and automatic shear for cutting. Snap lock roof panel machine SL-1 auto has a special roller for cutting holes for fasteners.

As an additional configuration, nail strip machine can go with following options:

1. Microwave modular option. The microwave is a small wave across the entire width of the panel, which gives a more interesting look to the roof, smoothing out all the irregularities and defects of the material. Depends on requirements you can use machine with or without a microwave module.
2. Ribbed panel rolls for rolling two ribs in the center of the roofing panel. On request, it is possible to manufacture equipment for rolling both wide and narrow ribs.
3. Floor decoiler. You can use it for convenient work and rolling panels directly from roll metal of the required length and width.
