The line operating principle is as follows:

• Operator put metal coil to unwinder. Such installation is quite easy as uncoiler has console design. As a next step inside diameter of coil fits to the unwider shaft size. The unwinder is equipped with a braking system that does not allow it to roll faster than the required speed and regulates the line operation process.
• As a next step, free end of the strip is fed to the pulling mechanism of the rolling machine. This mechanism consists of pulling nylon rollers, which ensure the absence of slippage and the correct feeding of the metal into the machine. Then the metal enters the rolling part of the line and with the help of the forming rollers gradually and step-by-step machine forms profile of the metal fence. 
• The machine's automation system enables the operator to set the number of forming products, their length and the number of tasks, thereby simplifying the work with the equipment. The automatic electromechanical guillotine at the exit of machine cuts the products in the necessary quantity and in accordance with the lengths put in the program.

It is possible to manufacture lines for rolling fence profiles of a different configuration upon request, according to the customer's specifications. It is possible to roll both semicircular fence profiles and trapezoidal profiles, with or without rolling hem lock on sides.
