Metal siding “Soffit” production line SPM-1 auto is the beginning of a new era of roll forming equipment at our enterprise. Metal profile Soffit with perforation is very popular in buildings and structures manufacturing area. 

This line rolls a metal siding profile of complex configuration and has 18 pairs of rolling shafts. The diameter of the machine shafts is 55 mm. The length of the rolling part of the machine is 6650 mm. The weight of the line is 2900 kg. Having high rigidity and high strength characteristics ensures the ideal quality of the final products.

This line is fully automatic: there is an automatic system, which makes possible to set up lengths of panels, their quantity and the machine in automatic mode will roll it and cut it after with help of guillotine shear.
